  • Document data: Expiry dates, issuing authority, and related fields extracted via OCR

  • Ensure legal and regulatory compliance

We do not sell your data. Ever.

  • All documents are stored in EU-based cloud servers with end-to-end encryption

  • Regular backups are performed to prevent data loss

  • Access to your account is protected by password and optional 2FA

  • We log access activity to prevent misuse

We may use trusted third-party processors (e.g., cloud hosting, SMS/email providers, OCR services). All vendors are GDPR-compliant and under data processing agreements.

  • Product updates or tips (optional — you can unsubscribe anytime)

We never send spam.

  • We keep your documents and related data for as long as your account is active

  • You can delete your account and all associated data anytime from your profile

  • Backups may persist for up to 30 days post-deletion for recovery and legal reasons
